The base of the Tinkercad file is 56 mm wide and the base of the imported STL file is 78 mm wide. Why doesn't Tinkercad import using the original size, and how do I fix this? WebJul 17, 2024 · I believe the source of the problem is Tinkercad. I've loaded "complex" objects into Tinkercad and then exported them as STLs. The result is a lower resolution version of the original. So maybe Tinkercad has trouble with higher resolution STL files and can't render them properly. Unfortunately I haven't found a fix or a work around.
