WebIon Shell. Ion is a modern system shell that is written entirely in Rust, features a simple (and powerful) syntax, and offers performance that exceeds the level of Dash. While it is developed alongside RedoxOS as the default shell for RedoxOS, it is equally supported on UNIX platforms (Linux/Mac/BSDs), on which it is developed and tested.
