OP, you are allowed to team up with ppl 2 leagues above or below you outside of a full 5 man group - Plat can team up with down to silver and up to master. WebPiglet's MMR is too high, so it's fair to have a platinum in the other team. Yeah silver and plat can't duo Q but you can't let the game be even more unfair just because of this rule. Rules are made to make the game work for the better and not for the worse. Silver duoq with Plat is unfair because he is using someone much higher to help him climb.
